I absolutely loved the elegant and luxurious decor of this hotel. From the grand entrance to the beautifully furnished common areas, everything felt so opulent and welcoming. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel for people of my age. The staff were always available to assist me with any needs that I had, whether it was navigating through the hotel or providing extra support when needed. It made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more visible signage throughout the hotel. As someone with a bit of trouble remembering directions, it would have been helpful to have clearer signs directing me to different areas of the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. A variety of amenities including sauna and workout facilities are on-site, and the hotel offers multiple dining options.

Had a great weekend at a luxurious hotel. The amenities were impressive and the view from the room was spectacular. A complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise in addition to the complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel was situated in a convenient and easily accessible location.

The staff provided poor service. The attentiveness and willingness to help was lacking, which left us feeling frustrated.

First of all, I must say that the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it actually adds to its charm. Situated on the outskirts of the city, away from the bustling downtown area, this hotel is nestled on a quiet lake. The view from the rooms is simply breathtaking, providing a peaceful and serene environment for guests to enjoy.

Great breakfast with a lot of choices, including fresh fruits and pastries. The view from the restaurant was amazing! The employees were friendly and helpful - they even helped me book a taxi to see the fireworks display. The hotel's gym is one of the best I have seen in a long time - clean, with top-notch equipment.

This hotel truly provides a luxurious stay. The Spa & wellness centre boasts an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, as well as various treatments, such as full body massages and body wraps. Sun loungers and a garden area surround the outdoor swimming pool, making it a perfect spot to relax. The restaurant serves delicious dinner with various menu options, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for cocktails. The private facilities in the rooms make the stay exclusive and unforgettable.

The only minor issue is the location, which is a bit far from the city centre. However, the hotel offers shuttle services to town and other local attractions, making transportation easy.
